Privacy Policy

IGAS Office recognizes the importance of Personal Information and believes that to strictly ensure the safety of personal information is the fundamental of our organization's activities and also our social responsibility. We have designed the Personal Information Protection Policy below in order to define the guidelines in handling personal information, according to which we will ensure that the security of your privacy is administered in the most appropriate way.

This exhibition is a comprehensive international exhibition of printing technologies and solutions which showcases the latest products, technology, and services related to prepress and premedia processes, printing, bookbinding, paper converting, packaging, and cross media solutions. The latest technology and a variety of solutions will be proposed, also a vision of the future for the printing industry will be provided. It is also intended to contribute to the invigoration and development of the printing and related industries by promoting international exchanges in business among people of the industries.

IGAS Office will specify the purposes of use and scope of the use of personal information in advance when acquiring personal information. IGAS Office will acquire personal information by fair and appropriate measures only.

IGAS Office will limit the use of personal information within the scope of the purpose of use that we specified in advance, and only within the scope necessary to conduct our business. IGAS Office will establish and implement "Rules Regarding Protection of Personal Information" in order to properly and safely manage personal information, and shall continue to review the entire personal information management structure as appropriate and necessary.
