Application Procedures
1. Overseas applicants are required to duly complete the application forms and send the forms directly to the following office by postal mail, E-mail, or fax.
2. Concurrently with submission of the application form, JPY 26,000(twenty six thousand – VAT included) per unit of requested space shall be remitted to one of the following bank accounts as non-refundable deposit. All bank transfer fees, if any, are to be borne by the applicant.
3. In case of joint application where two or more applicants wish to exhibit in the same booth, one principal applicant shall be selected.
The principal applicant shall be responsible for fulfilling the application procedures and payment of various expenses including the participation fee.
In such case, JPY 55,000 (fifty four thousand – VAT included) per co-exhibitor other than the principal applicant must be added to the deposit.
4. If the remittance of deposit cannot be acknowledged, or if the application form is not filled in properly or the application procedures are not satisfactory for any other reason, JPMA will not accept the application.

2. Early Application Discount
For applications submitted by January 21, 2022 (note: Japan standard time. All dates and times hereinafter are based on Japan Standard time), the following discount rate will be applied according to the number of units.
For application for additional units, whether the discount rate will be applied or not will be decided depending on the date of additional application.

3. Participation Fee includes the followings
1) Usage fee for occupying the allocated space during the exhibition and move-in/move-out periods.
2) Exhibitor passes effective during the term of exhibition and move-in/move-out periods. (Details to be specified separately.)
3) Free invitation tickets. (50 tickets per booth unit)
4) Listing in the Official Exhibition Catalogue and Official Website.
