If you register in advance and print out your ticket on a PDF file, you can enter the exhibition halls smoothly without
dropping by the reception.
It is highly recommended to register in advance so that you may be able to enter the exhibition halls without stopping
to wait in a queue even when halls are crowded.

Pre-registration for IGAS2022 requires membership registration with EventRegist.
You can register as an EventRegist member simply by entering your email address and password.

Enter required information: register panel discussion session, tour preferences and basic information.
Please select panel discussion sessions and tours you would like to participate in. Please also enter basic information.

Registration completed: you will receive an email with a ticket PDF file attached.
Please confirm the receipt of an email message with a ticket PDF file attached
that will be sent to you to notify of the completion of registration.

Print out your ticket on the PDF file and head out to the venue of the exhibition.
Please come to any of entrances to the exhibition halls without dropping by the reception.
Receive your admission badge and go straight to the exhibition halls.
You need to register at the reception counter.
If you have an invitation ticket,
you only have to register at the reception counter before entering the exhibition halls.
If you do not have an invitation ticket,
please purchase an admission ticket at 2,000 yen at the reception counter and register on site before entering the
exhibition halls.

Measures for Preventing COVID-19 Infection
At IGAS2022, measures for preventing COVID-19 infection will be appropriately implemented in light of guidelines or
equivalent specified by the Japanese government, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Tokyo Big Sight, and Japan Exhibition
Association.
Please wear a mask when you come to the exhibition.
Please disinfect your hands and fingers and measure your body temperature.
Please refrain from coming to the exhibition if you:
‐have a body temperature of 37.5 ̐C or above,
‐have cold symptoms, do not feel well (have a feeling of fatigue, feel dyspneic, etc.),
‐have had a close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or
‐have traveled to and had a close contact with any resident in any country, region, etc. which has entry restriction and
a post-entry observation period requirement within the period specified by the Japanese government.
Admission to the exhibition may be limited if the number of visitors in the exhibition halls exceeds a certain threshold.
Please register with a close contact notification service.
Please install the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application (COCOA), which lets you be notified of a possibility of
contact with anyone who has tested positive
for COVID-19.
